Default Who has ordered the new RS

BASTARDS!!! so jealous!!!

I can say its probably the best looking Ford made.
It's modern, fresh and HAS the right engine!.. and it looks like the WRC car!

It makes the current Focus RS look dated IMO, and dare I say the mighty esc cosworth now looks poor, the interior basic , no toys, cheap body kit
(IMO before i get jumped on).

With the right diffs i think 2wd will be enough, besides the car is nudging 25k, imagine a nice 4wd system, what then 30 k ?? (s3 money)!
I think FORD has made the right choice, well done Capito. He has 100 % lead Ford's performance division in the right direction from day one, without him R.I.P. RS forever.

Looking forward to seeing pics when people take delivery

my pal was at the launch and said its fuckin awesome..........he talked to the designer and he said they have a 4x4 and a fwd.............only in the wet is the 4x4 better....but the fwd is an amazing car round "the ring"..................and can handle more power than it will have as standard.................my only thoughts are......wouldn't 4x4 handle "more power" better........cos the focus rs is mad once u blue-fin it...............

Might change my mind once i've driven one Can't help but wish it was 350 bhp and 4wd though.

it uses a new front suspension setup that is suppose to elluminate(sp) torque steer. I find on my frs the power isn;t the problem its the torque steer on bad roads that stops me applying it all without confidence.

Be interesting if it can match the Escort Cos from 0-60mph, Fords figures of 5.9 - 6.2 depending on ST or BT. Especially as it has near on 80 BHP more. Think 4x4 has more benefits than they let on in all conditions not just the wet.

Yeah, who needs 4x4, most ridiculous invention ever....
Irrespective of bullshit, needs 4x4, 300bhp or whatever through fwd is stupid, especially FI with all the torque that brings, irrespective of diffs, suspension, power delivery, are onlly two little tyre patches with weight lifting off them to get the power to the road.

Maybe the likes of Audi, Subaru, Mitsubishi have it all wrong. I like the way that Ford think that the figures they are talking about is such a big deal, for me they are just getting to where they were when the last Cosworth was produced (top speed aside) if it does make 155mph.
