well ! i think this has gone on long enough now , firstly the guy in question mr mercuy s2 was sent all the parts he ordered from me but he didnt supply the correct address so the parts sat in the depo awaiting delivery for 2 weeks ,also his contact number was wrong or he didnt answer the phone , so what was i to do ? , the courier company attempted another 2 times but still no reply , its the couriers policy to return goods if undeliverable ,so they did . another 2 weeks pass and still no response from the buyer , then i get threatening pms through this forum about some undelivered parts etc, so eventually we get it sorted , and that was that
then a few weeks later he threatens to leave this name and shame thread on pf if i dont send some other parts that i didnt have and he thinks he has paid for ,news to me !
as for money i owe him ??? he has had all that he has paid for and in addition i have paid for delivery of the items twice if not 3 times
as for time scales this all took aprox 2 months not 7
ive no idea on who this other person from some other forum is as its not in my nature the "rip people off" just goes to show how there isnt a flurry of users putting there part in eh?
as for coming up to see me then ? i was in the whole day satarday and guess what ? no show !
what he thinks he is going to achieve with this thread who knows

Hi only just seen the responses to this thread. Just some points to clarify:
-Items were bought over six months ago please see his userid "amjparts" who is no longer a registered user surprise surprise. You will see the timescale he stopped selling at which is well over six months.
-I did supply the right address its funny how he could not supply no tracking infomration at all. I also supplied my phone number i had no calls. He could of easily of contacted me through ebay. I even wrote letters to him with no response.
-The only way i actually caught the scammer out is by linking him to this forum surprise surprise after posting this thread: https://passionford.com/forum/general-car-related-discussion/237595-help-please-ive-been-scammed.html i got a reply please make note of other people who replied who have experienced the same issues.
-I was only sent about 90% of the parts after spending over £800 i also recieved a headlight which has all brackets broken and its also the wrong side. I havnt even recieved some of the parts. Unfortunately i cant go back on ebay far enough to show you the item! I will howver make screenshots of his initial messages and put them up just to prove how much of a LIAR this guy is. The lies will get him no where.

I have bought alot of goods from someone on ebay: user id "amjparts" its nearly been two months since i sent payment. I have noticed he actually owns an escort cosworth and by looking at his feedback he sells alot of RS parts. If anyone has any information on him i would be very greatful. I think his name is David McMillan. The address i sent the cheque to is:
AMJPARTS / MCMILLAN JAGUAR
13-15 Braidhurst Industrial Estate, New Hut Road, Motherwell, ML1 3ST

thing is, if this is a one off upset bloke then that's one thng and you can think all the other peole will back him up with issues that arrise
but if it's got people coming out of the woodwork who also claim long waiting times and being messed about, then that starts to look more along the lines of serieal not being honest
i do hope that, when it's all said and done, someone will be able to say "sorted to everyones satisfactin" and draw a line under it, but i somehow doubt that will be the case

Ive known Alister for quite a few years now, and bought numerous bits and bobs off him
never had any problems at all, and would go as far as saying hes a genuine guy, which in this day and age, speaks volumes

The reason i put up this post was because i have had no repsonse from the con artist. I have tried sorting it with him for the last few months and i thought this post may help. I told him clearly that if he does not sort out the issue i will name and shame him simple as therefore i am well within my rights if anything he did not sort ot out like he should have. You have also got to realise that he probably on skanks the people who will never see him or doesnt know him example ebay members using him as a one off or even the guy above. To you users who are in the RS scene its easy because you are his main customers. Just to clarify i777molnar pm'd me for this guys number as he saw my previous post a while back. Its clearly obvious that Al has given certain people dead numbers as ive never spoken to him.
I can go onforever and put up all my emails and his replies but i seriously dont need to because if anyone reads the posts and the messages its quite clear. Do you really think i would post if this issue was getting anywhere. The numbers i have been given are all dead, i have no address nor any other details, he doesnt answer my pm's and by the looks of things hes not replying on this thread because he knows he has been PROVED to be a con artist. I have paid very good money for these parts and i have only recieved about 70% of them and even most of them are not up to scratch. I can appreciate some people may have had good experiences with him but i know of more then a handful who have not. The whole point of posting on the forum is to bring his reputation down why else would i do it! I only posted because ive noticed hes been happily posting everywhere else.
