T5 Gearbox

This has probably been asked many times, but having just collected my gearbox from another rebuild what is the recommended oil for it. 2WD T5

i thought it had to be Dexron 3 ATF fluid?

or some even use 75/90 full synthetic gear oil

either way you'll need a 2.5l
