Default Hand brake calipers

Thinking of fitting 4 pots to rear of my saff,does any body know of a hand brake caliper avalable to let me still use a cable

wilwood do a small spot caliper which you can buy a basic bracket too that will need some sort of little engineering for the cable etc. I have just done this on mine. They aren't the best but they will hold the car unless you live on a big hill LOL

I deal with them, because they listen to people's comments and are constantly evolving the design to take into account any criticisms. They have improved the design significantly from the early type and if you deal though me, you get MY customer service rather than theirs (which is terrible LOL) .

dam i should have done this when we got them for the 500 there customer service is absoulutly bollox, took them over 3 months to send me2 callipers and pads.. and guess what they forgot the fucking pads .. and tthey say there a direct replacment but you have to cut or remove the metal thing that goes around the outskirt of the disk (forgot what its called )

So do the latest version of there handbrake caliper actually hold the car and stop it from rolling away?

They're as good as the Willwood ones (and depend on the incline) . I certainly would not rely on any of the aftermarket ones without use of the gearbox .

If you wanted a separate handbrake caliper what about the Brembo handbrake caliper thats used on ultima gtr's and some Ferrari's?

They're a bit heavy and you'd have to find some way of mounting it though. Looks like this:
