Evo World Record Castle Combe - Pics
Hey was anyone else down at Castle Combe on Saturday for the World Record attempt bid ? slack twat me forgot my memory card for camera so aint got no pics lol...anybody got anymore to post up ? bye the way 273 Evos set a new record for the most Lancer Evos on track at one time.

prodrive are currently trying to get 1000 scooby owners to drive from lanark to prodrives headquarters in banbury to set a record in memory of colin mcrae.that has a point ! i'm unsure of the reasons behind the evo wr attempt??

MR2 forums did it last year round Rockingham to try and beat the world record for cars of a single marque...... and didn't.
But beat the "world record for most MR2s in one venue" and then had stickers made up with their number and plastered them all over their cars.
And I got slated for saying I wouldn't go as I thought it was sad!

Surely people dont really think evo's are some unattainable supercar the mere masses cant drive?
I could have bought 4 or 5 of the earlier ones for what ive spent on my nova alone, or a really nice condition evo 8, they are one of the most affordable cars going from a performance point of view!
