can anyone confirm this escort has different wheels on, front and back...
just ive seen it for sale and i asked the seller why has it different wheels and they said it dosent have different wheels on...but looks like it to me...or am i wrong?

Look different to me!
Look at the center caps, the shape of the gaps between the spokes and the center of the wheel.
If they are the same that has to be one of the bets optical illusions I have ever seen.

The rears will have TSW stamped on the wheel if you take the centre cap off.....And the GTi rims on the front will have Ford stamped behind the centre cap.
Tell them if you get to the car and you can prove that they are different.....you want Ł300 off the price to buy a MATCHING set of wheels

jesus christ just got an email of em again and they are insisting the wheels are the same..
WTF!!!
i asked if the car is as pictured then the wheels are different, they said yes and they are the same...

Hi there, could you tell me how many wheels are different on the car please as the pics only show one side? Do you have the all the original wheels? Has the vehicle ever been in an accident? If not why do you have the different wheels fitted? Sorry for all the questions. Cheers Lee
The answer I got...
They are the same wheels, same size, just one has a different
middle cover. It was like this when i bought it and is not a
problem, has just passed its MOT. As far as i know the vehicle
has never been in an accident, its in great condition too, i have
looked after it. Feel free to ask as many questions as you want,

2nd - you either want the car or u don't you know its got different wheels, so either buy it and live with the wheel differences or buy it and replace them, alternatively... don't buy it.

This is the reply i got!
1 wheel is different, it was like this when i bought it no issue
though it has just passed its MOT, everything works very well and
its a great car, selling due to getting a newer company car

Dan - how many women would notice if their car had different wheels - its hardly exactly surprising is it?!
My next door neighbour (a bloke) had a 3 series (e36) with a nice bmw M style kit on it. He didnt notice the sideskirts were different on either side for a year.. and he washed it every couple of days.
Can't expect everyone to be so particular about cars as us sad cases.
