Just booked my bike theory £30, got it on the 23rd. got to redo my cbt £95 then a 3 day course with the test on the last day £395.

Cant wait. Looking at buying a cbr600 when passed. insurance quotes are around £350.

Good luck fella.

Craig.

Use this to book theory
http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Motoring...vers/DG_066356

The theory test is similar to a car one, but there are some bike oriented questions.... And also you have to do hazzard perception. Both I found easy.
The only preparing I did was using a DVD on my PC to practice.

compared to the prices above.

i could have gone for more lessons for £399, but i'm ok on bike so i chose the lower priced one.

seems to be the going rate around my area though.

My mate says you can pay £2.50 on the dvla site and do a mock test as many times as you like in a 24hr period. Not checked it myself but might be worth a look mate
