You can't leave negative or neutral feedback for buyers any more.

The best thing you can do now - is request their contact information, ring them up, and kick the f*ck off.

A lot of ebayers still don't know you can access their phone number and you take them by surprise. I've caught a fair few out recently, the people that know the score will have submitted a false phone number, so them you can report them to ebay for having false contact information and their account is limited until they verify a phone number.

Guys when this happens after 7 days from the sell you can report the buyer as a non paying bidder they have to respond in x-amount of time if they don't pay up or respond THEY LOOSE their feedback privileges so you can leave negative feedback

Its so that buyers are not afraid to leave negative feedback.

A seller can leave negative feedback as long as they follow the right procedures.

Ebay have got the system perfect now IMO

It's a lot better system now, as said buyer was held to ransom on feedback unless he gave good feedback he would not receive good feedback, even if doing nothing wrong, crappy the old system.
I have a unpaid item strike thing going, bought something, less thna Ł5, paid by cheque as they accepted cheque, but REFUSED to give me thier address after asking 6 times, not on file either.
Then they complained to egay that the payment was late, so I got address from ebay, send off payment(cheque) 10 days later they file a unpaid item, and claimed not to have received the cheque which has already CLEARED in thier account, they also SIGNED FOR the cheque from postie!!
Ebay are useless, they(seller) are still claiming NOT to have received or signed for cheque, ebay don't want to know as usual.

Sorry but........what one earth posesses people to pay by cheque? Paypal is fucking useless admitedly, but cheques fall even lower than paypal.

Do you like waiting 2 weeks to receive your items or something???? A cheque offers you no protection, takes an age to clear, risk of the cheque bouncing etc etc etc. You may aswell transfer into their bank account or send a postal order?!
