Default Problems with the text pop-up hovering over a topic name?

Is anyone else having problesm with this or is it just my PC??

Seriously though, it only seems to work every now and then and it's something I use a lot on PF!!

i thought pet was going to look into.
leaving the text bubble pop up there
instead of disappearing after 5-6 seconds
..have seen it in a thread somewhere..
maybe forgot busy...send him a pm

found pets reply>> sorry but i didnt get the thread id number..

hello all
i did not forget this at all, i'm just looking for a good way of doing it. the way it's done on the RSBB is not good at all as it has a security flaw in it... i prefer searching for my very own secure way of doing it, and keeping the one i did up to now (and which is working already ok) rather than changing it and putting one with a flaw in it
i'm sure you will understand, but i did not forget at all, and i WILL do this.
