We made a turkey caserole yesterday night, is it ok to heat up in the microwave and eat?
Wasnt sure since its meat

did you freeze it?

as long as it's been cooked properly befroehand and you aren't goign to have to defrost it first, it should be fine

Just been cooked, then put in the fridge over night, not the freezer part.

Its fine then?

I'm usually VERY wary of reheating poultry/pork, but as it's in a casserole, the liquid will assist greatly and shoul make it ok

Just be sure to heat it through THOROUGHLY
