Default Accumulator Removal.

I still have the fuel accumulator in the fuel pump cradle on my 4i (fuel filiter in engine bay)
Can i remove the accumulator and fit the filiter in the cradle, need the room in engine bay to fit PAS.

what engine and fuel injection system are you using if it is webber and efi you can bin it if it is bosh mecahanical fuel injection you have to keep it

I have a Cosworth pump and filter in my cradle, with an XR4x4 2.9 EFI engine, so I hope it will work without an accumulator but haven't fired it up yet.

steve, i never ran mine from my xr4x4 mate, though my filter was in a different location, i just went tank, pump filter engine

no need for it,or have a look for a cossie fuel pump cradle
