Mine was around 2k about 10 years ago.
I think they may have come down a bit since. I usually have to change 1st 2nd and sometimes 3rd cogs at least once a year. The individual gears are about one hundred and odd quid each to buy. I have a shed full of worn old ones somewhere
Suppose Bernie (gearboxman) would have all the upto date trade and retail prices

The Quaife box isn't really ideal for the RS Turbo application, as the ratios are too close, and the final drive too low, which compromises top speed.
Most people find our Stage 1/2/2plus boxes do the job
