For anyone that didn't see it, the original questions by Jim were as follows:
"I've decided I've been living a lie and that I really want to become a transexual and modify my body like Hayley off Corrie.
The only thing is, with these nitrous filled pump-up lady bumps I've had installed to my manly chest, I'm a bit top heavy.
So when I'm running downhill in my 6" stilletos, it's difficult to stop.
Firstly, can I uprate the pads in my Marks and Sparks Bra to give me more lift?
Secondly, this thong is proper chaffing, does anyone know of any vented pants? preferably in lace."
