The shake on their hands is called a vibrato. I do that when playing a guitar or a brass instrument (cornet, trumpet, flugel etc.) but with shake of the chin to create a different flow of air, resulting in the nice sound 
As for these girls, I don't think any of them are good looking. Nice bodies, but there's just too much makeup there and they still look like dogs...
