I have been having some seriously weird dreams lately, last night's one was probably one of the strangest, and slightly scary. The weird thing is, I wasn't even thinking about what I dreamt about before going to sleep, well... only a small part of it, but I sure as hell wasn't thinking about zombies before I went to sleep.

I have a lot on my mind at the moment with work and family issues etc, so I guess it could be partly stress related somehow???

Is there anything I can do before going to sleep to try to chill out, and what sort of weird dreams do you guys have?

Oh My God. When I went to Mexico I didn't take any *cough etc* weed. Cue the worst dreams EVER. No weed in body combined with shite local booze made me TRIP out. My partner in smoke also suffered. One night I thought I had alien like MASSIVE caterpillars pulling themselves out of my skin, whilst Lorna thought she'd killed everyone in the night.

So to stop them I would suggest you start smoking lol

I know cheese, and other things like red wine can increase the "risk" of nightmares, but I didn't have any cheese last night. I sometimes have a couple glasses of white wine in the evenings. This doesn't really affect my dreams, just my sleep pattern.

tis true about the weed though! if you do smoke and then you stop for whatever reason, you get proper weird dreams! EVERY 'smoker' i know has expereinced this at some point!!

Tony, have a bath in Johnsons baby lavendar sleep easy bath.....
Stupid as it sounds, my cousin used to have awful recurring nightmares of someone stabbing him.....bathed in johnsons baby bath before bed and it got rid of it, .......plus youll smell like a poof so women will flock into bed with you

You and me can be nutters together Tony. As Paul said, I have been having the most scariest dreams ever that you wake up in the morning crying!!!!

Usualy if I have a good night out and loads to drink I will sleep and not dream. I brought a book that I will drop ova one night. It's all to do with your diet, what times you eat at night, what's happening in your life, stress, the excuse of a family we have and you should always go for a walk up the garden/ get some fresh air before you go to bed and if you can sleep with a window open a bit. (PAUL)

I always burn candles so I have got used to it. Lavander makes me sick and reminds me of Nan's. I have got into Insents sticks which relax you more as long as you can sit quitly for 10 mins and de-stress with no noise around you. It does help.
