Ok, seeing as i use a t34 which cant sustain a held 2.5 bar is it a problem that the boost drops off to 2 bar and hold until 6.5k rpm and then slowly tails off towards the very top of the rev range?
so my ecu injects the same amount of fuel at 2 bar as it does at 2.5 bar yes? Meaning it is very rich at 2 bar and not so rich at 2.5 bar? Or have i got that completely wrong
only if you are analysing the basic main fuel map, you need to examin all the other multipliers, mapping at high boost and high rpm does not have to be any where near as acurate as mapping at low rpm and transient throttle
It's really not for me to advise you, best to speak to whoever sets up/maps your car.
it never been a problem. An MSD chip with fuelling and boost set up by Mark at MAD (dont bother commenting Dingy ) Fuelling was good throughout the rev range in every gear.
