Police across England are investigating a spate of stabbings that have claimed three lives.
In the latest incident, a pub manager was knifed in the buttocks during a street robbery in Sidcup, southeast London.
The victim, who is in his late '20s, was carrying takings from the Horse and Groom pub in Main Road to a local bank when three muggers in their mid-20s struck. He is seriously ill in hospital.
The attack came just hours after a man appeared in court charged with stabbing Harry Potter actor Rob Knox to death at a Sidcup bar.
About ten or twenty more like. Most things don't reach the papers even shootings aren't always in the news.
Edinburgh aint much better
i was at the braehead arena for coloursfest the other year, ive never seen so many young males and females with slashes across their cheeks. that is a rare event in edinburgh and still makes the front page of the evening news when it does happen.
Gone are the days it seems when you could have a have a straightner with some one and if they knocked you on your arse the next time you saw them you'd buy them a drink and it would be done n dusted
