Why do some websites selling goods or services choose not to list prices on there sites? Whats the reasoning behind this then? It really does my head in!

yes it very crap when you go on a site to find no prices or phone number

Don't know what market you are on about but if its a limited one perhaps they see it as an advantage to not list their prices. For instance if they only got a few competitors they might find it better not to list their price and actually have the customer contact them.

i dont understand this either... and to be honest... i just keep looking and dont even bother to enquire if they dont list prices

Constantly changing their prices maybe? Musn't have a dedicated website team to keep it updated so works out easier to leave the prices off.
