having lived across the road from the guy who built this about five years ago i have always wanted to own it and after trawling the country looking for a 3 door yesterday and friday talk about aload of over priced rubbish out there at the minute. after finally getting home on the off chance i see the bloke doing a bit of work on it so pop over and say hello 10 minutes later i now own it lol. i actually already have one of these but im working on it at the moment so now i got 2 hey ho ill let the pics do the talking.

all this and i only wanted a 3 door lol.

Now that's a car! I bet there's been a heck of a lot of time and money gone into that one.

Is that what it looks like underneath now? Looks like that needs a bit of work but the rest of it looks mint.

apart from perhaps a bit of paint needed its a double skinned floor which apart from stones hitting it on previous rally stages its rot free and everything on there is pretty much new

couldnt tell ya been like that since my mate owned it and he had it for 5 years and it was like that when he got it i do knw i dont think it will come out with the cage where it is any way but theres not much there anyway and saves weight suppose

well its a 3 door and a cossie so u got what u were after in a way

am in the same boat as u just now after a 3 door or a series 1 but there all over priced heeps a keep seeing .

i have been to look at 5 3 doors all over 5k and i would say honestly only 1 was worth over that but then that turned out to be dodgy people just asking way too much for them and hence they dont sell till they drop the price to realistic price.you cant ask 6k for a 3 door with no history very few reciepts all of which might not be for that car shoddy body work bodged wiring and to not even give it a clean ??? wtf good luck in finding one mate as i had no luck trying still got this now till i get bored

seems like you have to spend over 8k for a good 3 door these days or you get problems.
Same here, thought it was an RST till i saw the tunnel. Would love a rwd MK4.
