It is a user on here, the engien is for sale on the forum.
It is also a Mountune Block with Nikasil liners, iirc they had to use a remote filter or soemthing similar as the blocks were altered.

It IS a genuine Mountune bottom end as stated from what i looked into it, most likely with Nikasil liners too. Just a few things put me off from buying it.
