Default anybody know this mountune development sapphire?
on ebay now, looks like a decent engine, well secced bottom end that should out last the car

So basically its a low-comp engine that trying to be passed off as a Mountune build

why oh why would mountune use a Burton Power Oil Pump!!!!

It is a user on here, the engien is for sale on the forum.

It is also a Mountune Block with Nikasil liners, iirc they had to use a remote filter or soemthing similar as the blocks were altered.

that cheap oilfilter remote housing with crappy agricultural oil pipes fitted isnt held on with cable ties is it?

It IS a genuine Mountune bottom end as stated from what i looked into it, most likely with Nikasil liners too. Just a few things put me off from buying it.

I think this will be the style block this car is running as stated it is a mountune wrc block , dont know about how much lighter it will be but there is a lot of machining mods done to them.
