Default Anyones thoughts on this 'Ex-Ford/Borham' car?

Looking at buying a pretty good spec Cossie, and this one is local but the spec seems a little...interesting.

Does anyone know this car?

Got a couple of mates who have had Cossies awhile and are coming to look at it with me but the spec seems a little bit 'specialist'. I.e. the block and fitment of remote oil filter.

Any thoughts? As I like the sound of it otherwise.

It is running a mountune wrc block these are around 3k from mountune and have a few mods over the standard 200 block, giving a better oil flow to both front and rear of the block. YOu need to run a remote housing as there isnt actualy a fitting on the block anymore for a filter, same set up as im running.
