Default turbo specifications

can you identify the spec of a turbo by the size of the impellor and tubine wheels ?

im doing a bit of research into turbos and need to id the unit i have here, there are no markings on it other than the compressor having and A/R 0.70.

the wheel sizes measure at the outer most sections are
comp wheel : inducer 56.6mm, exducer: 74.9mm
turbine : inducer: 73.9mm, exducer: 64.1mm

any ideas ????

cheers
