Agreed, you can find a good M5 with less than 100k for less than 14k.

M3 also an option, also RS4 estate 2000/2001 etc.

Benni they are neither faster top end as its the same engine

SteveRW that surprises me with the ring :O i know 330d's are quick but surprised it hasseled you at the ring. I woulnt say mine is overly quick just a nice grunty motor. Though suppose hard to judge as although it doesnt feel that qucik the speed rises just car does it in a non dramtic way. Oh and mine is auto, though lasy fucker i am in a car nowadays.

June 14th when mines booked for remap now

Was behind a 330d a couple of weeks ago, and was very surprised at the acceleration. He'd obviously seen the M5 coming up in his mirror's and was out to impress.......and I was impressed. Damned quick car for a diesel, and the right size car to have good handling too.

Yeah they are not bad Jim. i've surprised a few "Sports" cars. Not bad for a fat auto derv. Just looking forward to remap as suppose to get 500lbf of torque then That should be enough to cart me about just lol.
