Abit more info would help,

what oil is being used,
what oil temp,
what oil pressure and rpm's?

Have you tested your oil pressure switch light, to see what pressure is goes out?

Did you check the big end and mains bearing measurements before the engine went back together? Or did you just assume the engineer got it all ok? Most do, I nearly put a fiat engine together and the plastigauge wasnt reading right. Turned out to be standard shells in .25 undersize box!

Just a suggestion? Are you getting oil pumping through the turbo oil feed pipe? Did you pack the pump with vasealine before it was fitted? Pump might not be priming/primed.

Pump has to be primed as the engine owuld be seized already.
Oil grade is ok?.....with a fresh build are you on mineral/run in oil? Thats normally piss thin to start with nevermind when its hot.
Other than that bearing tolernaces could be an issue, saying that if the pressure is low enough to bring the light on i'd expect to hear some angry tappets.

Fair points!

Could it be shit on the pick up pipe from the sump? Dirty engine build, fresh oil pushing loose shit into the sump and then blocking the gauze? You deffo have the correct oil filter?

Best pressure check the sender unit, or fit a oil pressure gauge to the car see what heppening. (a hour job to fit and test at most if you have a spare capilery oil pressure gauge and fittings.)

As mention'd, 15-40 minerial oil, will show lower oil pressure than a 10-40 semi at the same oil temp.
