Pics of RST MTX75 conversions.....
Been weighing up this conversion for a while now, has anyone got any pics of work in progress of any RST's that have (or are being) converted to run the MTX75 conversion?
I'm interested to see the mounts.

P.S This is the 6-speed box but its mounts are the same.
The rear mount bracket has been fabricated but is at the powdercoaters at present so cant post pics

Chap, Christian is talking about a MTX75 front wheel drive box not a MT75 box.

Im sure I couldn't use the 6-speed, as I really dont have room for anything else at the back of the engine. I already have the alternator round there and a low Plenum.

The 6-speed box in a fiesta is narrower than a standard Bc box BUT Its bulkier so the gearbox cradle needs lowering 1inch with spacers.
The brake servo has to go but you need a hydrulic clutch set up so you just have a full hydrulic pedal box set up instead.
It fits very well indeed only complications are if you run the exhaust over the back of the gearbox and down the back of the engine. But ive managed
