Default Help needed PLEASE :'(

Righto, car went in to get the MOT done on Friday. Passed no worries till it got to the emissions...

A few of you might already know, but its a rebuilt FRST CVH, that i've not long finished.

They reckon the CO isn't too bad but still over, and the HC's (hydro carbons, whatever the fuck they are) are far to high.

What would cause this? And what adverse side effects would it have driving the car in this state? Will it do any major damage if driven for long periods? Cos it may need drivin 20 mins or so to get to a local tuning place to have the CAM and emissions sorted.

Could it have ANYTHING at all to do with the CAM needing a proper set up?

And can i get the required set up info for my 285T2 CAM off the net somewhere?

Absolutely sick as frig
