Can 100% appreciate that, just thinking if it wasn't overly specialised, a decent local place could get it up and running much cheaper, and it looks like you've spent a pound or two on it!

Interesting, as more often than not i see this problem on cars with fuel pump looms rewired. I would normally try:
1) Take a reading from the ISCV positive with engine running.
2) Then resisit it down to 12Volts.
This is only "IF" the problem goes away with ISCV unplugged.
It needs a high current resistor, i can post you one tomorrow if required.

Stu, would this cause problems with mine and Jason's cars? As we all (3 of us) have the same fuel pump looms, although Jason and I are on Closed Loop and Coilpacks, without ALS & LC, but still both have ISCV problems...
Mine will not idle from cold, only once warm?

Mates cossie (standard) had idle issues, diagnosed as ICV.
New ICV, and it's unplugged, idles better without.
Is this something that affects most of them?
