My new Saph has a Magnex system and it has a small tailpipe. I want to remove it and weld on a 4" tailpipe not only because it'd look better but also because for some reason the small tailpipe makes it sound funny.

When I had a Magnex on my Escort it has an inward rolled 4" tail pipe. I'd try speaking to Magnex to see if they can supply one.

Thanks mate, i had thought of that. Does anyone else have anyh ideas. I want a 4" outward rolled one. PJ has one on Ebay but he wants Ł30.00 delivered.Surely i must be able to get one cheaper than that ?

Oh shit, i didn,t think of that LOL

Just been to Halfords and they do have them but by the time you've chopped of the bit which is there to bolt onto the origianl tailpipe it'd be way to short.

Any other ideas ?

try a local stainless steel powerflow exhaust manufacturer. there must be one local as they are everywhere.
