Lol I remember reading about "that" debate!
IMO the trader is the one providing the good service, you actually get the postage you've paid for, i.e you don't pay £12 or whatever to get it "next day" and they use the cheapest option which cost £6 and you get it a week later and they keep the difference.
Also, they have done their research and use good couriers in the first place whom they know won't cause them or thier customers any grief.
It's all good business, but i guess i don't have to educate you on that Paul, you are definately a reccomended trader/vendor as far as I and most people on this board will agree. It's just a shame the fees have gone up for you guys, but if you have a good rep. and client base you can do well enough without it huh!

Thanks for the kind words
to be honest tho the courier thing has been a thorn in my side since the day i started
believe it or not , next day delivery is cheaper than 2 / 3 days , because if its 2/3 days they have to store the items , next day service they dont .
The art is finding a courier that lets you down the least rather that doesnt let you down at all ,lol, as they all do let you down , its just how oftern ,
Tim seems to get a better service from Business post than i did , hence why i changed to what is for me a much better company , not perfect but still much better
You are correct with your thankyou post to Tim tho , because without his efforts there would be know whay you could get it next day
Paul
