Default sky digiboxes - best?

need a used sky digibox off ebay or similar for freeview as unbelievably there are still areas of england that are not being broadcast to in digital via aerial

are pace still the good ones to have, or are there better models? any recommendations for models and places to buy greatly appreciated

Pace or Panasonic. Not sure on specific models but you cant go wrong with panasonic

Tiff - what model of sky box? (not interested in a sky+ as it needs a subscription to use the hdd recorder function)

dont forget you need a sky card (yellow house) to get channel 4 - although this will be free to air soon i hear

i bought a box and card for the caravan off ebay for 30 quid, its the latest amstrad one

topaz - yep, a free to air card is needed from sky that has a one off payment of Ł20

hopefully jonzy will still have his card dont forget the pp3 battery trick for ppv movies, as these are tied to the card not the box !!!

You don't even need to use a battery, i've done it using the resistance with my fingers
