Default Web designers or anyone else who might know

Hi all,

I'm trying to put together a web site and decided to buy a template as an easy way out lol

Take this template as eg:
http://www.buytemplates.net/template-auto220.aspx

My question is does anyone know to what level these templates can be edited? I mean can I take out menu's for example or will these be hard coded etc.

Sorry if its a silly question don't have any web designing experience.

Cheers
Bobby

Templates can be a quick way to get up and running, but only if they are pretty much exactly what you want.

That's got a Flash header for the menu - which means you'll need Adobe Flash to edit it. Some templates come with HTML equivalents too, but you'd still need to understand a graphics package to customise it.

That template site has a live chat facility, so you could ask them direct (although they'll probably tell you to go for their 'custom' option.) if they include a menu-less hear image for example - that'd leave you with only the bottom navigation links though, which would be slightly odd to most visitors.

Hi Nick - thanks handy to know I've sent him a pm hopefully we can work something out.

Currently I'm linking to Evochips.com and end up losing customers due them finding a local dealer. Therefore, really need a site of my own etc

How you finding work? busy?

Cheers
Bobby

I enquired about london black cabs but its a long shot as the 2.5 litre VM Motori engine is unique to the TX4 model.
