The booze thread got me thinking!

i gave up smoking about 3weeks ago, completely cold turkey after finishing my pack i havent bought another!

i went from happily smoking 15-20 a day, sometimes up to 40 if im going out.. to nothing!!

who else has given up recently... failed or succeded?

 

About two years since l gave up smoking and that was only due to a sex ban.lol

 

I gave up 3 yrs ago, cold turkey...never looked back it is DISGUSTING

My blood boils when in the car with mates and their blowing it in my face/smoking with the window up, I go mad !!!!
