As Garage19 said, this is a popular misconception. We live map cars on the rollers. With fear of starting another RR debate, live mapping on the rollers does have many distinct advantages, especially with ahigh quality set-up operated by someone that knows what they are doing.....

i know of a car set of clayton water brakes and a home built eddy current motorbike dyno, all working just sat there nad have done nothing for a pprox 5 years, all removed, the bike dyno is built into a trailer as well, anyone interested - he may sell
