Gutted. Friend dead.
Got some shite news today that a friend of mine, not a close one but still a friend, collapsed suddenly and died saturday night. Looks like heart attack. 54 years old. No history of anything! Was only speaking to him a couple of weeks ago he had submitted my drawings for my extension to house! Seemed in good shape!

The same thing has happened to me lately, my accountant and family friend of 10 years collapsed and died a couple of weeks ago, no signs of any illness, makes you think dont it

My thoughts exactly mate, im not the healthiest person alive but it always seems to be the people that go to the gym regulary and run marathons.

same happened to my Uncle Harry. Worked all his life, never smoked, only drank on the odd time, used to go walking regular, picture of health. Retired at 65 and with a few months he had a brain hemorage. Died right away

same here, close work mate from a few years ago died from brain hemorrage in 06 at 58, in march this year we buried my misses youngest sisters baby, not nice at all, 31st march this year buried another close work mate, 64, brain tumor, had a phone call last saturday 5th april, another close work mate died 66, brain tumor, apart from misses sisters baby i know they all getting on a bit , but, its no age, its just made me think , fook it, i'll have what i want, when i want, cus u just don't know.....

i had a experience like this but my mates grandad. he was well wen i last saw him and about a week ago my mate was bit upset and he said his granddad had died its hard to see a good m8 sad and makes you think you have got to enjoy wat you have and take it for granted as it could happen any time
