Actuator size for T34?? -31 or -34
Forgive my ignorance for what seems like a daft and very basic question, i've been on the cossie scene for a long time but never had the "need" for a -34 so i never read about them. Now I'm thinking of upgrading to a t34, do i need a different actuator or can i use the -31???
I take it that it's just the spring that's different if i had to hazard a guess.

-31 or -34 use different springs to hold the wastegate shut longer so the turbo produes more bost in simple terms. -34 has a stronger spring so it will depend on what boost you intend to run.

Since it's a t34 i assume you'll be running over 20 psi, so i think best to use -34 as it's base opening pressure is about 14/15 psi i believe.
If you were running near this or lower a -34 would be no use as it would not open the wastegate to maintain the pressure you desire.
Well thats my understanding of it anyway.
