Downloaded the software but how to I play the videos??? When do I save them to on the phone??

Why not just convert the file to a format you phone can use rather than wasting space with installing additional apps and codecs ?

it would take hours to convert all my movies - why bother installing additional software on a pc when you don't need to?

I agree totally, I use Linux which even on a Live CD Distribution ships with Office and the appropriate Web and Email Applications. never needed to install additional software.

 

Anyone know how to play www.youporn.com (obviously not work safe lol) content on the N95? keeps telling me i need a flash update but there isnt one available for the N95..

Sound works on my one mate. Search on google as I did see similar responses...

 

it's the same as youtube bobby, needs an embedded flash player that the original n95 does not support - yet

The thumbnails work ok on youporn but when u try and open the clip it needs a flash update (well thats the error msg)

 

what n95 do you have bobby and davie - the 8gb?

 

mines is just the normal n95?

 

really? i'll have to look into that then. i'm sure i tried a couple of weeks ago and it didn't - or maybe that was youporn

 

mine is also normal N95 on the latest firmware etc

oh yeah, works a treat but uses realplayer and downloads the clip rather than flash

 

For those that want youtube and youporn clips on their phones, I do the following (Nokia N73, but should work fine on N95 aswell)

Find the clip you want on whichever site

Open - http://keepvid.com/

Copy and paste the URL of the video into the box, hit DOWNLOAD

Some text will appear on the page below where you pasted the URL. I choose the MP4 option. Download it and rename to whatever filename you want.

Trans to phone. Sorted.
