Quick eBay question

At the mo i am selling a phone for a buy it now / best offer, at the moment i keep getting a zero bidder offering me, so before he buys it i want to block zero bidders, i've done it before but cant remember how.

He's been on eBay since march 2007', if he literally just signed up i wouldn't mind
