He must be taking things seriously this season as he has lost the big hair, must save a bit of weight.

You'd be pulling out your hair if you had to fork out Ł30-odd-mill to the taxman

Was a good race Only manged to see the repeat and the breif highlights on the 125's and 250's, that 250 race looked like it wasnt short of entertainment

yeh it is a bit early to judge I agree, bit he just doesnt seem as confident I dont think.

On the plus side, glad Stoner had a shit race, and Toseland is doing well too

Was a superb race, did you see a couple of Toeslands passes, proper agressive, good lad.

& Edwards and Hayden getting the biggest tank slappers on!

Dont think Rossi had any tyre issues this race, he was just beaten by a faster bloke on a faster bike.

I missed Haydens tank slapper, but the Lorenzo one on one wheel seemed quite scary

good race, rossi is doing well on the new tyres, remember he has been on diff tyres for years so this is new to him.

also bare in mind pedrosa's bike has standard valve springs!! he could be a serious challenger this year.

good year i think

Lorenzo is a man to watch this year.

230bhp through the back wheel on a contact patch about the same size of a credit card scares me!

was a good race

well done to toseland

but neither edwards or hayden had 'tankslappers', they just lost the front end but kept it up thanks to some awesome skills

The tyres are still Stoner spec and not Rossi spec, give it another race or 2 before they make tyres 'for him' and you will see a change, saying that I doubt he will complain too much about today's work.

Is it just me or did anyone else find the race really boring? I think this year is going to be just like last year where they all just follow each other round for 25 laps with no close overtaking, no spinning of the rear wheels, no backing it into the corners! Rossis not going to win the title - he's too old to learn how to use traction control to its full potential. Stoner will win this year he believes in himself and has confidence in the traction control.
As a few others have said before Lorenzo is defintly gona be one to watch this year - a future champion in a couple of years time i reckon!

not boring, no. but not as exciting as a superbike (world or british) race because of the TC etc and the small field

good race and good to see rossi on top and take opn lorenzo and put up a good fight. Dani was unstoppable and must've been spurred on at home. He's has been a real under acheiever in moto gp!

im not a stoner fan, probably because im a HUGE rossi fan. Must admit i liked him going off twice as he NEVER puts a foot wrong! on and he fell on fri too i think? shame he got going and got 5 points

i hope rossi doesnt regret the bridgestone thing...

Yeah i think you've put it better than what i did, if it was really boring then i wouldnt have sat and watched it, and yes it is defintly due to the traction control i hope they do put some sort of limit on the amount of traction control that can be used in the future.
