as title, not interested in water cooling, just the trim and wheel sizes, not that it gives much info on those

An RS500 compressor is a T04E 60 trim, nothing more flash than that, despite what people think. A common compressor on aftermarket turbos for years.
None of those turbos are an RS500 one. May be more or less suitable for what you want tho, who knows, as i dunno what you want.
