bloody bank holiday
was stopped for speeding last sunday and was given seven days to hand in my license,bloody lost track of days and thought monday was sunday so now it has to go to court.how unlucky is that!

why do you have to hand in your license
surely you get a NIP, and send your license off with that?

was pulled at the roadside,wish it was seven working days,i only worked two last week!

my mate forgot to hand in his insurance when he got stopped driving my car. he got 6 points and Ł210 fine through the post as an alternative to a court appearance but a letter of explanation and his original certificate will see it quashed by the police.nothing to worry about ,just plead stupidity .

If its a producer jusy go in asap. They will mark you down as producing late, but from experience nothing will come of it!!

As said, if you write to the court/cps if it goes that far enclosing evidence they will kill it on the spot.
