Amal valve jetting which port does what ?

When raising boost by jetting the amal valve do you just do the one going to the turbo or the one going to atmo ? Not doing it myself but was interested to know.

Increasing the size of the jet in teh R port is teh first port of call to increase boost. From there onwards its a little more complex.
