Its possible if its retarded enough.

BAD mapping though, as you are making less power and more heat than you would at low 12s!

Where abouts in the rpm range is it at 14, surly not all the way to the limiter?
Does it not transition from 14 on first application of WOT down to 11.5-12 as revs start to pick up?
Also what gear were you testing in it and where is the probe mounted(distance from turbo)

Have you changed anything since then?

Specifically something that would effect it's fuelling a LOT like for example put a big intercooler on it in place of a fairly restrictive one?

Give me a ring, easier than 10 pages of forum chat to try and explain stuff.

hopefully chip will explain it, but it's got little to do with the change in density of the air by the reduced temperature, and more to do with the fact that a reduced pressure drop will allow a greater mass flow of air

He doesnt know that, he thinks he knows that cause it was det checked before he changed things, now though it may well be detting horrifically.

DANGEROUS game changing things in a speed/density based system without knowing the effects.

Well that would do it.

I wouldn't drive it until you can get it mapped again.

If you need a quick fix you could probably send me or chip your fuel map and afr log so one of us could make some quick changes to get you out of the danger zone.

Ignition is less easy to guess at though, he NEEDS it mapped again really given how hard it gets used.
