I'll answer for charlie boy then shall i ? He demanded his car back from TOTD even though the machine shop muddled up 3 of his shims and Chris wanted to keep it a bit longer to sort it . Oooooh no charlie boy wanted his car though and took it . He was supposed to bring it back and also pay the rest of his bill (which he was paying in interest free installments) but HE DIDN'T . Oooooh no charlie boy disappeared off the face of the earth keeping his Ł700 he owed . Then months later charlie boy starts snipping and posting sniddey comments about TOTD . IMO 215bhp from a na cosworth isnt that special, i'm not saying it isnt nice, its gorgeous,but a run of the mill build , 250+ is easily obtainable on a fast road car, 280-310+ on a race engine

I'm presuming its gone on Omex as its a daily driver ? if not I'd of had it on MBE or DTA

Its difficult enough that you didnt even mention cams or higher CR pistons.
Im not being funny mate, but if you think that isnt difficult, what exactly DO you think is difficult, cause thats a spec that would see you 550bhp+ on a cossie engine with a turbo to it, so to most people on this board, that is a LOT of work!

By difficult I mean it not exactly a miracle of engineering......I edited for Pistons as i forgot..cams are Łapprx Ł200 reprofiled from my source
Just give donor engine to builder..part with cash....receive engine back.
Its not like you have to go through huge development say like Martin or yum or rod
Just spec it and pay, you're confusing expensive with hard.
