Default Best Standard Inlet Manifold? 2wd or 4wd??

Ive gotta change the inlet manifold gaskets on me 2wd Cos, so I am gonna but another manifold (Cheap enough) and powder coat it before fitting.

My question is which STANDARD manifold is better for flow? My cars running greens and will NOT in my ownership go past this (Thats what me Esc Cos is for ) BUT if Im gonna buy another manifold anyway I might aswell pick up the best out of the two... (Dont say Swedish, small turbo Esc Cos, etc as I only want a cheap replacement )

Cheers

Cheers Mike

Thought 4x4 was better flowing, but needed to be sure. Will keep an eye out for one
