Default engine dyno

Morning guys,
Am i right in saying 'if i build a yb engine so its all ready to go and take it to an engine dyno, they can run the engine in and map it for me at the same time'???????
If i am right, who do you recommend and at roughly what cost???
Cheers chaps

Engine dynos have a special program for running engines in.

Mapping - would depend what management system you're running, and if they have the facilitiy to map your particular one.
