I went along to qualifying yesterday which was scorching at 36 degrees (considering we are supposed to be well into Autumn). Today was 40 degrees here and am sat here with the air conditioner on full still at 6pm.

I live about 2.5kms from the race track so get the noise with the TV.

Very interesting race and good to see some excitement with a superb drive by Lewis.

Good race to watch, but really a shame with the pace car messing up people's strategies. What was the point with the rule that you aren't allowed to pit during a pace car. Completely destroyed Kimi's and Heikki's race. Both were just about to come in when the pit was closed. The only "Finn" who managed to stay clear of trouble was Nico.

Briatore was such an ass to substitute Heikki for Nelson Jr. At least McLaren got a decent wingman for Lewis.
