Default Gauges

Looking at the stack gauges whats the difference between the Analogue and Mechanical. Are the Mechanical ones not as accurate just wondereing as there so much cheaper.

it will be mechanical and electronic mate. the electronic use senders where as the mechanical ones dont. The electronic gauges tend to be more accurate (response time) as the pipes dont have to run all the way to the gauge (boost for example)

analogue will more than likely be electrical,so require a sensor then wire to go to the gauge,mechanical will simply have a vacuum line (if boost) or a fluid line (if fluid pressure) going to the back of the gauge.

So the main difference is going to be accuracy of the gauge and having engine fluids comming into the car
