any difference in the engines

the tdi has 100 an 115

but the gt tdi have 130 and 150

are they just remapped?

are the engines the same????

 

think the 1 to go for is the 130 gt tdi as it has all the refinements of a gti ie recaro seats etc bt with a diesel lump not sure about the 150?

 

year of car around 2000 model

 

The larger HP engines have a VVT (variable vane turbo), better IC and better injectors (and map of course).

 

i think they do a 115 gt tdi also the gt's have 6 speed box, well our 2000 w reg one does anyway, also recaro type interior 3 spoke wheel, digital climate etc etc ...... well it did until 2 days ago when it was up to its roof in sea water
