yeah i know the zetec pulley dont have keys, so they can rotate 360 degrees etc, but with verniers you can fine tune them obviously to be exactly right.

Fugeass Zetec ones are fine mate honestly. peice of fooking cake to setup if you buy the propper tool for them.

Put bottom end to TDC (No1 Cyl)
Lock Cams with the tool.
Loosen Off pulleys so they spin free.
Add Belt
Tension Belt
Hold the pulleys as they are with the lever tool, and do the bolts up. Repeat for other pulley.
Remove Cam Locking Tool

Away you go.

cheers phil, well, ive fitted and timed zetec cams loads of times now, but i was thinking about getting some fast road cams, they need setting to 110 deg ATDC on the inlet, and 110 deg BTDC for zorst timing.

i just thought it would be better to get verniers... lol

Just follow the instructions with them, set that cams and bottom end to the required settings, add the belt, tension and do up the pulleys so they are in the right place
