I won an airfilter in an auction on the 10th of feb. my payment cleared 3 days later on the 13th. the guy e mailed me to say that the money had got to his account so he would be sending item. its now 3rd of march I have e mailed him 2 times to ask if there is any problems but heard nothing?? what to do next?

Not alot you can do in regards to getting your money back if you paid by cheque. You could get his contact details from ebay a phone him

will give him one 1 more chance now. will e mail him again and tell him I will leave bad feedback and put a complaint to pay pal for my money back.
